"Poor"

Dinner was excellent.

1. They charged 2900 for 2 rooms as compared to 2592 as stated by booking.com. 2. Reception was not having guest details of arrival. 3. Room cleanliness was pathetic and smelling. 4. Bedsheets of bed were torn. 5. Dettol hand wash/ hand wash was missing in bathroom.

The manager took extra money more than what we were charged by booking.com. There were no lighting in the room. Water bottle was charged extra and was not complimentary. Restaurant opens at 11 so had to go out for breakfast. We needed breakfast as we had a patient with us.

Nothing

Unclean rooms and corridors. Unclean bedsheets and blankets. We stayed here for just a night on the way to Goa but it was pathetic.
