Didn't get a booking to stay. nobody answered the phone nos that was given with the booking reference and when we reached the property they indicated that wanted money in advance whereas that was not the booking condition. I had made reservation atleast 15 days prior to stay. they called once immediately after the reservation. I indicated that I was nearly sure and call me back in 2-3 days. thereafter there was no call from their end and the given phone nos in booking reference went unanswered. On reaching the hotel they denied the booking although it was still live in the booking.com website. All in all it seems that they were not very well versed with the booking.com practise app and practise that customer usually follow.
