"Gute Unterkunft. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sollten besser ausgebildet werden."

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke sehr gut. Die Schallisolierung war sehr gut, wir haben nichts vom Zugverkehr des nahegelegenen Bahnhofs gehört.

Der Service am Empfang hätte besser sein können und war m.E. nicht gut ausgebildet.

Big and nice room. Nice furniture's and wooden floor. Very central and close to the train station but still very quiet.

We couldn't open the window due to security restriction. I think it would be more convenient if you could open the window just a little bit.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, schönes Bad. Sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Möglichkeit die Koffer in einem extra Raum vor Bezug bzw. nach Abgabe des Zimmers unterstellen zu können, ist sehr positiv und gut organisiert.

Wir haben im 3. Stock gewohnt. Es gibt hier sehr schöne afrikanische Bilder, die allerdings nicht zum Stil des Hauses passen. Der Gang zu den Zimmern ist dafür etwas langweilig, keine Bilder, keine Pflanzen. Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer. Wenn man etwas länger beim Frühstück sitzt, wäre es angenehm, wenn der Tisch zwischendurch mal von Tellern usw. befreit würde.
