my deer goulash was dry with little sauce and no vegetables, my pizza was almost burnt but my hubby had great dishes

"A 6-star experience"

As a solo traveller, this is my 6-star experience given the thoughtfulness of the staff and a free upgrade to a very comfy exclusive room with a picturesque view of the mountain and greenery. Staff was helpful, room was very clean, place well designed with energy saving sensors (very impressive), good selection breakfast and ample parking. Nothing more to wish for.

Pillow is too soft, seems it is the same experience in other accommodations I have stayed in.

Everything. There is quite literally nothing to not like. The view from each room is beautiful, we stayed in a room with a corner view of the mountains. Everything starting from the interiors of the room, to the amenities, to even the sheets towels and pillows, is of the highest quality. Truly a boutique hotel that was a pleasure to stay in. Bonus because it is a family run.

The pool is not very warm so you can really only go in when it is sunny outside.
