Very Refreshing, the small details in the room

Not a lot of food options

The location is unparalleled, and the gardens and estate are beautiful and very well cared for.

We had a disappointing stay. It started with the bed in first room which was uneven and very uncomfortable. We asked for a new mattress and they moved us to a different room, which we appreciated. We got the room and the snacks where no refilled. There were no drinks or food in the room for the entire stay, and this was quite. They only provided shampoo and no conditioner. We called the receptionist to get milk and they acted annoyed and never delivered the milk. For the price of this hotel, there is no hospitality or service you’d expect when paying >$800 per night. The breakfast offers were limited, the service was slow and the orders were wrong. The spa experience was average but very expensive. The staff and room cleaning service clearly has no supervision from anyone with experience running a luxury hotel. We left very disappointed and will not come back.

Very nice property, excellent restaurant in the evening (Ox Barn)

Breakfast should be improved (e.g. orange juice from concentrate...?), no option to have a treatment at the spa at the same time as my spouse

Exceptional hotel, every single detail in the hotel, garden and the room was so beautiful and well designed. High-quality, yet relaxed service. Food at Ox Barn was excellent.

It would have been great, if the Swan restaurant was open the whole week to give more options for dining, even though Ox Barn was excellent.
