The staff were extremely friendly and very hard working. Rooms are large and comfortable. The food was exceptional.

Menu in the room was not the same as the restaurant, different items and prices.

It was clean, lovely and spacious and the staff members were very accommodating. Exceptional service from staff and nothing was too much trouble for them. All polite and friendly.

There was nothing to dislike. we had a problem with our shower, however they resolved the issue immediately.

As a returning customer it was excellent as usual. Clean and staff are very frienfly. Allowed to keep our bikes in our room which is a bonus.
