Cleanliness and location . Value for money .

The kitchen is available only for breakfast , lunch and dinner. No bed tea , snacks or etables available during other hrs of d day . Hotel is situated at the main road , no lawn or portico so in rainy day ( which is very obvious in lonavala) quite difficult to move on .

"Disappointing"

Room was quite big as compared to other hotels.

TV, Tea Kettle was broken and they couldn't replace it. Hot water was not present as it was they had solar heaters and it was raining that day. Shower in the bathroom was broken as well. No view from room there was adjacent building just 1 foot away from window.
