Siena Premium Retreat

Siena Premium Retreat is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Besides the fact that the presentation photos reflect the accommodation conditions, the reality we discovered immediately after entering the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious and beautifully arranged, and the amenities in the room cover all the needs you could have during a stay. Although the room is cleaned every day, you don't even feel the presence of the maids. I purchased a package with breakfast and dinner included, and I didn't regret the choice I made: the buffet was rich, with a wide variety of tasty products.

If there was anything to complain about, I would recommend changing the policy of not offering even a glass of water at dinner. I don't think a bottle of water, which has a purchase cost of up to 0.5 leva, impoverishes the hotel's F&B budget, but its absence can overshadow the 5-star experience that this hotel offers its guests.

The best Retreat in Lozenets for sure ! I’m very glad that we chose you. I have no words for how ideal it was. starting from hygiene, service, A La Carte restaurant, food is excellent, cleanliness in sauna, gym. Overall impression 10 out of 10. See you again!

Just everything! One of the best hotels in Bulgaria I’ve stayed at! A very good breakfast and the restaurant is exceptional! The room is very nice decorated and there is a smart TV + a very good loaded minibar.

Only one thing - after we came back from the beach, the cleaning lady had turned on the A/C to 16 C and it was freezing cold although we had turned off the A/C before going out - there was no need for that …

Разположен на спокойно място с удобен достъп и паркинг, хотелът е отлично поддържан и менажиран, много чист, с великолепна закуска. Усмихнат и обучен персонал. Красиви жестове - вкусен десерт!

Електричеството в стаята прекъсва с изтичане на картата-ключ. Но не ни се тръгваше...

Страхотен хотел! Всичко е на високо ниво!Персонала е усмихнат и много любезен!Храната е вкусна и е на две крачки от плажа! С удоволствие бихме го посетили отново!
