"Will never book room for this property. They cancel online booking even after making payment."

Nothing. Pathetic experience.

They refused the booking as we had done through online and I told him that I’ve already paid for the room. We have bulk booking and cannot provide you the accommodation. When I told at least give me room for few hours so that I can finish my office work upon begging he was ready to provide one room. Pathetic experience.
