Wry disappointing the wedding we were attending was outstanding but the hotel was not we booked a room for after wedding we tried for wedding and people we talked to were quick and rude over phone I cancelled our other rooms but in November I by accident booked a non refundable they said they could not do anything due to the fact that they closed their 2023 books so could not accommodate me I said I will keep room I had cancelled the other 2roomsthNk goodness I did on Sunday I was to check in but after all the complaints and seeing hotel I did not want to stay! Ants everywhere on people faces while sleeping other room no air conditioning Very run down so I spent over 500 dollars and could not stay there !how unfair! We had over 40 people stay there and non will do back!

The facility is nice overall.

THE WIFI. It is advertised as having wifi everywhere HOWEVER it barely is there unless u are near the reception. No connection in the rooms, no connection on the beach. The wifi is a PROBLEM.

The location is very good. The sea view was very beautiful.

The air conditioner was very noisy and wasn't working well enough

The location, environment,breakfast, pool. Food in restaurant by the pool. Room was cleaned nicely everyday. View of the room.

In contrary to other parts of the hotel people working in reception area are not cheerful and lack welcoming attitude. Wondering if hotel had any rationale why there are no drying racks. Are not we suppose to have wet swimming suits, towels? No place to hang. Again brought my own rope and clippers to hang. Service in poolside restaurant during evenings is so slow, not enough staff.

Great breakfast, nice and clean rooms. The swimming pool is so cool with a nice view. Recommended for families.
