Dinner was pathetic

The location is perfect to the temple and the beach . It was raining while we were there so did not make it to the beach but the temple and the surrounding area was clean and easy to navigate.

The payment and not accepting card payment was an issue since the time reservation was made, they kept sending messages on booking.com but would not respond to any questions asked - a very inconvenient way of handling overseas customers. The staff at front desk were extremely rude and even denied the payment was made until I showed them the receipt and then they checked their ledger.

While the overall experience was decent, a few things could be improved: 1. Water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, which made usage a bit inconvenient. 2. The exhaust fan in the washroom was not working properly, causing ventilation issues. 3. Breakfast options were limited — it would be great if more variety could be added. 4. Cleanliness needs more attention, especially in common areas and washrooms. We hope these suggestions are helpful in enhancing the guest experience

The room was clean with views over the beach. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean but offered only vegetarian options, which, for a non -veg eater could have been a problem, but it wasn't, the food was delicious. There is free parking. The Murudeshwar temple and the statue of Shiva are adjacent to the hotel.

Because the hotel is situated beside the Murudeshwar temple, alcohol was forbidden anywhere in the hotel, including the rooms. There was a Rs 20,000 fine if not adhered to. The first evening we were there, the hot water was only Luke warm, but in the morning it was hot. We had to pay in full in advance, I would have liked to have the opportunity to at least see the room first. There was no mention in the description on booking.com that there was a ban on alcohol and the restaurant was pure veg. I think this should be mentioned.

Location is good

After booking for 5800 as per the site the receptionist increased price by 1500 saying the room booked is not towards the sea view

Basic room ambience, you get what you pay for. Bathroom could do with a makeover.
