We loved the place because it felt really homey and intimate. Perfect for our wedding anniversary. The staff were kind and warm, specially Ata who made sure we were taken care of inside and even outside the hotel.

El lugar es precioso.

La piscina estaba fría la disfruté un día de las 4 noches que estuve. La habitación no estaba preparada con deshumificador, por lo que la humedad hacía que fuera difícil respirar. Cuando lo comentamos nos facilitaron uno que mejoró el ambiente pero por la noche por el ruido que hacía había que apagarlo. Algún problema en el desagüe del baño que hacía que perdiera agua y un olor insoportable. Lo comentamos pero nos dijeron que era el olor por la humedad, no lo solucionaron. El grifo de la ducha del agua caliente estaba roto. La última noche mientras dormíamos un ratón apareció por encima de nuestras cabezas y se metió en las maletas, fue la última noche a la 1:00 de la mañana, nos cambiaron de habitación que si estaba preparada con deshumidificador, la piscina tenía puertas que hacía que la estancia del dormitorio esté separada y no entre tanta humedad y no había mal olor por desagües. Reclamamos todo esto y no nos han devuelto la parte del dinero que se comprometieron, envié vídeos y fotos a booking y no tengo respuesta. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Cogí un hotel bonito para disfrutarlo y no quería ni ir a descansar después de estar todo el día andando.

Amei tudo! O quarto era simplesmente perfeito, entramos numa dimensão totalmente diferente, relaxamos e vivemos algo único como dormir numa caverna e com uma pequena gruta para ler! Adorei!

Não houve nada que não tivesse gostado! Só era um pouco longe de göreme.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and had such a vibe! Our best stay in the whole of Turkey. From the welcoming staff, Barney the cat, the stunning room and comfortable cozy surrounds, it was just perfect. Room amenities all perfect, comfortable and functional. Couldn't recommend this place any higher! Ata was the best host and went above and beyond to sort additional services for us. The breakfast was top notch too! Not a bad word to say about this place.

La chambre est trop sombre besoin de lumière - peut être qu’il manque une tv même si on ne vient pas pour regarder la tv en capadocce. Le petit déjeuner n’était n’était pas au niveau d’un petit déjeuner turc, et surtout pour le prix de la nuitée, on pouvait avoir mieux. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner ailleurs le 3eme jour.

The cave rooms are beautiful and the courtyard with the views was stunning! Also the breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly.

The rooms weren't cleaned at all during our stay and as the shower was slightly misconstructed (the water drain was almost at the highest point) some shower water built puddles which would have been great to be cleaned daily. There was also generally some construction going on, so we couldn't really use the terrace.

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every request we’d made was granted with ease, they really made us feel like royalty. Atakan made our whole stay in Cappadocia so special by recommending daily activities and booking them for us. Thank you so much!
