Dugong Village-Green Hotel

The Location is great.

There were some noisy voice from other guests at night.

Dugong Village Green Hotel is outskirt, the environment is quite and peaceful. My kids like the hotel's pool. I captured good sunset photo at the beach opposite the hotel. Ample of car parks. We like the body shampoo and shampoo provided by the hotel. We bought 2 bottles from the receptionist. I not sure whether the hotel rooms building has elevator (anyway I'm staying at ground floor - with old folks and baby), so I'm still convenient with my stay.

Mosquitoes.

I liked the breakfast as it had a wide variety of foods. I liked the soft mattress as it provided comfortable sleeping. The staff at check in spoke good English. The restaurant was very good, and we ate there 4 times for lunch and dinner. I recommend and would stay there again. Credit cards are accepted here. Good Wi-Fi also.

The breakfast eggs were cold as they needed heaters under the tray holding them. They need to provide the rooms with a do not disturb sign as a housekeeper opened our room when we were there. I arranged a pickup by van at the pier and no one was there. I had to call the resort to get them to pick us up.

Comfortable clean room, smooth check in process, helpful staff and great location close to the pier if you’re looking to explore near by islands. Food was fresh and very tasty.

The hotel room itself was clean and very spacious. It had great natural light. The restaurant had a good menu but a bit pricy.

The location was very far from everything. The atv rental is very expensive. The people that work there speak very little English and they can't recommend anything in the area. The pool had loud pop music all day... some people might like that, but I personally would have liked a bit more piece and quite sometimes. They pool chairs where uncomfortable. They offer pool towels.. when we stayed at the hotel it was very quite but somehow they where always out of clean towels..
