The view was pretty from our rooms

The staff was extremely unhelpful. They were quite rude with us whenever we asked them to accommodate requests which we believed were very reasonable, instead they treated us like we were asking for "too much" and handled everything with extremely poor customer service. I had even called to ask questions prior to our stay, for example about parking spots, and they were short over the phone making me feel like all my questions were stupid and almost laughing at me for having even asked. We had a shower directly inside our room with transparent walls so the person showering had no privacy, not to mention that we smelled a strong smell of sewage coming from the shower around 9pm and throughout the whole night, there was this bad smell in our entire room. We did not feel comfortable staying in a place where the staff was so unwelcoming and so unhelpful. We do not recommend staying here.

The location and the cleanliness

Beds could have been comfier, the whole hotel smelled like the cooking of the restaurant. The food was overpriced and not well made.
