Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, hervorragende Lage! Parkplätze sind "ohne Ende" vorhanden. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Personal! So etwas von Freundlichkeit, Zuvorkommenheit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Kompetenz haben wir noch selten erlebt! Einfach beispielhaft! Unsere Berg-Suite ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Kleinigkeiten: Batterien in der Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, der außerdem nicht richtig eingestellt war, waren leer, Die Polsterbezügen in der Strandbar könnten durchaus mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Aber -wie gesagt- das tolle Personal wiegt alles auf!

Top Lage, sehr schöner Spa Bereich, Seebar

Umgang des Personals untereinander (Beriebsklima), bei Aufenthalt nur mit Frühstück war es schwierig einen Platz zu bekommen
