We had a wonderful stay at Lalisa Hotel Phú Quốc – Lalisa No.2, and we would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic, right in Grand World, with great options for spectacular water shows, shopping, good coffee, and easy access to everything. It’s also very convenient for quick rides to Vinpearl, VinWonders, walking distance to the beach and other parts of the island. The hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect for our family, making our stay very relaxing. We especially appreciated the lift, which was a big help since we were traveling with many pieces of luggage. The laundry service was another great bonus, particularly when traveling with kids—it made everything much easier. Highly recommended for families visiting Phú Quốc!

Besonders gut fanden wir die Lage. Es liegt außerhalb des Trubels, Nachts ist es ruhig hier - keine Bars in der Nähe. Ansonsten hat man hier aber eine gute Anbindung an eine zentrale Bushaltestelle, Wassertaxi, Supermärkte, Cafés…

Die Rezeption musste man etwas suchen, weil das Hotel auf mehrere Gebäude verteilt ist. Es gibt leider keine Hinweise.

Довольно неплохие номера, уборка каждый день, персонал вежливый. У нас был очень просторный балкон, размером чуть ли не как весь номер. На ресепшне можно было приобрести билеты на атракционы со скидками, также цены на такси ниже, чем в приложении Grab

Ватные палочки были заплесневевшие - явно содержались в сырости. Пользоваться зубными щетками в таких условиях может быть даже опасно. На балконе сильно не хватало вешалки для сырого белья и каких-нибудь стульчиков)

Ничего не понравилось

Пыльно, какой то шум из стены был каждые 30 минут. Невозможно спать. Мы были с ребенком, нас хватило на 2 ночи. Дальше мы оставили эти апарты и уехали в другой отель. Было грязновато. Хотя брали на 5 ночей изначально.
