Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß, für unseren Geschmack fast zu groß. Dort kann man sich aufjedenfall gut verlaufen. 😅 Essen gab es dort reichlich und ich denke, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Für Kinder wird viel geboten. Wir haben ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade bekommen. Preis-Leistung finde ich zum Vergleich nicht angemessen.

Hotelanlage zu groß. Man hat nur alle 2 Tage 1 Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommen bei Allinclusive, wir waren 4 Personen.

To start with the good, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made check-in and any questions we had much easier to deal with. The restaurant staff were also polite and helpful, and the food itself was generally decent once you managed to get seated and served. The hotel does offer some lovely views along the beachfront, and the area by the sea, once you eventually get there, is a nice spot to enjoy the scenery. The waterpark area with its seven slides two of which are for children was one of the few highlights. It was relatively quiet compared to the main pool and provided some fun, especially for families.

Unfortunately, the negatives of this hotel far outweighed the positives. The main swimming pool area was completely overcrowded, loud, and chaotic every single day. It felt more like a public leisure centre than a holiday resort. Relaxing by the pool was impossible people were out early every morning claiming sun loungers with towels, leaving very little chance of finding a spot unless you wanted to get up at the crack of dawn. The atmosphere around the pool was noisy and overwhelming, not at all the peaceful, laid-back experience we had hoped for. The beach area was also a huge let-down. It’s a long, inconvenient walk from the accommodation and sun loungers, and once you finally get there, it’s poorly organised. There are hardly any bins available, so certain parts of the beachfront felt messy and neglected. To make matters worse, the beachfront bar is located far from the actual sun loungers, making it awkward to grab drinks or snacks while trying to enjoy the beach. One of the most frustrating parts of our stay was the complete lack of basic information provided by the hotel. There were no clear details anywhere on pool opening times, restaurant hours, or what type of food was being served and when. The hotel relies heavily on QR codes placed everywhere, but scanning them gets you nowhere the information is vague, incomplete, or simply missing. Their mobile app is equally useless, poorly designed, and offers almost no practical help for guests. Even finding the hotel in the first place was a stressful experience. It is registered under two different names, barely shows up correctly on satnav systems, and there is no clear signage to guide you off the main road. Arriving in the dark was a complete nightmare the roads were poorly marked, and trying to locate the hotel felt like looking for a hidden building with no directions. To say the hotel didn’t live up to the glowing reviews we read beforehand would be an understatement.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel And it’s definitely worth to come back 1. Save guard- each pool and the beach have a lot of people who are supervising your safety. When my small kid went to the kid pool on his own - they were watching at him 2. Activities - hotel has a lot of sport activities for free plus you can get courses 3. Baby club - separated by different ages with their own pool for babies 4. Entertainment programs till 2 am . Adults have separate zone even at the main canteen

1. It’s quite windy better to take more clothes with long sleeves and pants especially for the evening 2. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and make sure you have medicine for each occasion 3. The staff at the restaurant they have 3 is not good. I enjoyed only the service in Italian restaurant trattoria and in other restaurants only Philippines saved that places if they had them . So at this 3 additional restaurants food was good service should be improved

The beach is nice. The staff is great & rooms are spacious.

There was no doctor at the hotel when an incident happened to us. We waited for a while and then someone from the staff helped us with first aid. It is not acceptable to not have a doctor or a nurse at a such large facility. And I think it is against regulations. It was very frustrating to not have a medical aid and getting help from a regular staff - not nurse or doctor. I will inform authorities.

Water in the pools are very cold. Good is not good enough, especially at the restaurants. Far from the airport and the old town

The hotel is in a zone where there is nothing nearby. Therefore, the beach is just for guests of the hotel. The food from Buffet was good, there were many options. The room was very big and it had enough space for everything.

The hotel is more appropriate for families. We struggle to have a quiet time. There was Music in the adults bar, but it stopped at 8 pm so that Kids Disco could start. The cocktails were not very tasty. You could always pay more to get "premium" cocktails, but we did not try them. And what was very annoying was that people always reserve the sunbeds at the beach even though they didn't come for hours. The hotel could use more plants or something for the long paths to make some shadows. We were there in September, and it felt very hot going from one building to the beach.

Our kids enjoyed the slides. The hotel territory was huge and very nice. The beach was nice and not crowded. There were water sports activities available. The food was good.

A la carte restaurants are to be booked really in advance (i.e. the first thing you have to do when you check in).
