Good location

I booked a room but wasn’t able to access it because they didn’t tell me what safe to enter my pin into. Someone who was staying there couldn’t help me either. I was forced to camp outside the city center. I called them and messaged them and they didn’t get back to me for almost 4 hours which by then I was already set up in my tent. It was in a good location though.
