Portland Super Value Inn

The workers were super nice and very helpful and Respectful. Me and my wife go to this hotel every weekend so.......

I would say the price because it was the lowest in town, but even $70/ night was too much for this murder motel. The windows and doors actually locked and at least the plumbing worked. The property was well lit and thankfully I could park my car right outside the door

Where to start?! I'm taking the time to review this because others need to be warned. Upon entering my friends & I just kept becoming more & more shocked, shouting come look at this! We were so flabbergasted that they considered this room clean or even livable. Here are just a few concerns in no particular order: the amount of dust on the chair was visible. There were at least 7 different chairs that looked like they were found on the street corner for free. We did not sit on the chairs. We didn't dare walk barefoot on the carpet. Didn't test TV or Wifi bc we didn't stay in the room long enough. Trash under the bed. The ceiling light was literally hanging by the electrical wires!! I was surprised to see a kitchenette because we did not book that. The kitchen was completely run down. Filty furniture. The stove looks like a fire hazard. There was some sort of mysterious brown thing in the freezer locked into the ice. There were little bugs flying around, at least the garbage was taken out. I didn't dare look in the cupboards. The bathroom: toilet paper roll on the holder was actually dirty. (I went & got my own travel roll from my car) The mirrors had tagging etched into it. The shower curtain, window curtains and bedspread all had cigarette burns and the room smelled. The phone cord was unplugged. The outlet by the bed was loose & therefore a fire hazard. I sanitized all touch surfaces like doorknobs & light switches, but I still don't think that even had an impact on the amount of filth of this place. I even laid down my own paper towels on surfaces so that our personal items had a barrier. Aside from being outdated, the building really looked like it should have been condemned. The sad thing is, is that people looking for even one night of housing will pay with their last dollar to have a roof over their head and it shouldn't be this place. I saw in the news 8/11 koin.com, that a man was shot to death here.

I did not like anything about this place. They were rude and had no answers. Would not recommend anyone stay here ever.

Everything. The guy checking us in was rude and had no answers for any questions that we had. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in my life. I didn't get a refund, but I booked another motel after the first night. Budget friendly should not mean disgusting.

I don't think the linens hag been washed in years. It smelled so bad, I didn't want to touch anything. The boxspring was so stained, it must have been there for 20 years.
