Отличная гостиница с большим бассейном и вкусной едой. Несколько раз в неделю на территории во время ужина проходит представление с местными танцами. Персонал внимательный и включенный. Часть комплекса достраивается, но это не сильно отражается на комфорте пребывания

Rooms and grounds are nice. Information about local tours is useful but not completely accurate. When I asked about the difficulty of a hike was considering, I was told it was easy with a hand gesture for flat. It was not. And it was long so that mattered.

The service. I’d gotten the impression from online communication that they were on top of things—helpful and organized. But when we arrived we were told that the staff were taking the next day off for a company thing so there would be no lunch or dinner service available. This is a place in the middle of nowhere with no nearby restaurants, not even a convenience store. Also both morning msg we were there, we were told breakfast at 7. But both days we had to wait roughly a half hour for any food. We had tours booked so that gave us very little time to eat breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shower was very good and the AC worked well. WiFi was also good all over the property. The pool is really relaxing and well maintained and the breakfast is a buffet with lots of options. We ate at the restaurant several times and everything we had was really tasty, but there are also several cafes/restaurants within a 20 minute walk. Also lots of great views and hikes are easily accessible from the hotel. Finally, the staff were all very friendly and warm, including the three house dogs. We would highly recommend this place!

The food at the restaurant is quite good, but was a big contrast coming from Hanoi where it’s just amazing

Traumhafte Lage und schöne Anlage. Das Hotelpersonal half uns auch sowohl die Anfahrt mit dem Shuttle als auch die Weiterfahrt zu organisieren. Außerdem kann man direkt nebenan Roller mieten um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist auch ein Veranstaltungsort, weshalb es vor allem abends und insbesondere im hoteleigenen Restaurant mal laut ist. Allerdings zum Glück nie bis spät nachts. Außerdem hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt am Pool, wo es auch schon morgens um 6 Uhr mal laut wird. Wer also wirklich Ruhe sucht, sollte das bei der Zimmerwahl vielleicht beachten.
