The staff were lovely and the overall lodge was great. The food was good

I found the sheets were a rough texture and the room was a little damp not surprising with the gorgeous jungle location

The room itself was looking awesome. Spacious, stylish, well equipped.

1. Bathroom Design The bathroom requires proper ventilation. Most of the moisture from the shower remains trapped inside and gradually spreads into the room, creating very high humidity levels. This has already caused mould to form on the ceiling in the corner next to the bathroom. With adequate ventilation, this issue would likely not occur. Another concern is the bathroom window. It is clear glass and faces the stairs of the neighbouring bungalow. While there are curtains available, they were open by default and it took me some time to realize that the window allowed direct visibility from the neighbouring building. For privacy reasons, bathrooms should ideally have frosted windows or smth like that. 3. Breakfast The breakfast offering was very disappointing, especially for a place that charges nearly £50 per night. The variety was extremely limited. There was virtually no meat available in the breakfast options apart from the Pho Bo, which unfortunately was quite bland and lacked flavour. There was even no sausage or bacon available. I have experienced much better breakfasts at other places in Vietnam that charge closer to £20 per night. As someone who follows a gluten-free (GF) diet, my options were particularly restricted. The only items I could realistically eat were vegetable fried rice, Pho Bo, and the small selection of fruit. 3. Restaurant Because the hotel is located on a road without street lighting, it becomes difficult and somewhat unsafe to leave the property once it gets dark (around 6 pm). As a result, guests are often limited to dining at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The staff did not demonstrate much hospitality or attentiveness. The quality was inconsistent. For example, we ordered ginger tea and received a full glass of a tasty drink. However, when we ordered it again, the second glass arrived half full. After that dinner, we chose to dine outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Nature within the hotel spaces, and around, is amazing. Staff very kind.
