1. The rooms are not sound proof and we had two loud lovers as neighbors. 2. Extremely expensive for a motel. That is not a family place nor a hotel (it has too many stars. I would give them 1) 3. There is no proper food. Only chips and alcohol. No real food (maybe pizza, if you are lucky) 4. The manager didn't care at all about our complaints. 5. It is very far from Naples. It is a motel where truck drivers can pass the night, but not for a family vacations. 6. Don't let them fool you with the pictures... the place is not so nice.

Enough and safe parking. Restaurants around the hotel accessible by car.

The breakfast was only one pcs. of croissant-cornetto and a coffee. The Personal did not like to ask for a second coffee or croissant. The breakfast room and lounge was cold and windy. There was no hot water in the shower on the first night. The floor was really dirty under the bed. Supposedly, the cleaning stuff was working and preparing loudly at night.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The room was modern and the air conditioning was great.

Breakfast was quite poor but sufficient. The location wasn't good, it was a kind of "oasis of calm in the middle of madness"
