"They forgot about my reservation and sent me away"

Before getting there I have asked if possible to add one night to the reservation and check in one day earlier. After confirm in in writing when I showed up they said they forgot about this and there was no room available. This is at about 10 pm, they provided a couple of options at about 20 km without covering any costs. Absolutely unacceptable

Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent

The stairs to this room were on the steep side and I would much prefer a non smoking room. Signs stating 'no smoking' would help. But neither of these things would prevent us from returning.

It was clean and location was great for what I needed. It was just a place to sleep at night.

The noise, the smell creeping into the room from the restaurant below wasn't pleasant, but at least you can open the window! Lack of facilities in the room, would be nice to be able to make a hot drink in the room, but the restaurant will allow you to go get one from downstairs.
