no hot water in the bathroom we were shown to a room that had lots of little ants in it, only to be shown an alternative room that was filled with flies, before finally receiving a room thag wasn’t infested with bugs, but didn’t have the double bed or balcony that we’d booked. We were also woken up to incredibly loud construction work at 8am on Saturday, and 7.30am on Sunday thag went on until we eventually checked out at 10.30am.

Difficult to communicate as staff doesn't speak English, very little hot water in the shower.
