Park House Hotel Brooklyn

Very spacious room and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the train. Good breakfast. Felt safe. They even helped find us a driving service to the airport on New Year's very early morning. We enjoyed our stay!

It would have been nice to have coffee in the room and maybe a microwave.

Clean and spacious. Cleaner came in Every day and everything worked well receptionist were polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Bit worn in places needs updating

Spacious room, friendly staff, 24h open reception.

Breakfast was not served on Saturday, although it wasn't mentioned anywhere. We paid for 4 nights of stay including breakfast for all days, but to our surprise on Saturday the breakfast room was empty, having only left-over decorations from "last night's celebration". At least notice in advance would be appreciated.

Big rooms, next to the D train stop. The bathroom looked renovated.

I booked it because the hotels in NYC were $700/night due to many hotels had being used as shelters for illegal immigrants, subsidized by the city tax money. So, the hotel is really old and pretty basic. It feels nothing like staying in Manhattan despite the $300 price per night. The train to get me to midtown Manhattan took 40’ and it was packed.
