The pool is pretty

The room was not cleaned properly, The kitchen was filthy, The staff fair to poor

The location , it was in the centre so were able to walk most places

The bathroom was very dirty there was mold on the floor and the roof

I had moisture issues in my room

They either don't reply to inquiries at all or very late. Sometimes too late Very comfortable, centrally located, well behaved well mannered staff. Always helping Well maintained property

No iron facility in the property We had to replace old used drinking ordinary glass which got broken, with new one we purchased otherwise they were asking 55000 idr, we brought for under 6000

The location is amazing. With family temple around

The room was dirty, bed sheets dirty and smelled really bad, when I asked for breakfast they just said that was no possible because there was no one there to cook
