Нам перепутали номер изначально, тк мы брали самый дорогой по доступным вариантом, а при заселении стало ясно, что это не тот, более маленький. В итоге пришел молодой парень грузин, исправил всю ситуацию за 5 минут, дал другой номер, побеседовал с нами, после него остались хорошие эмоции приятные и настроение. Очень хороший сервис. Благодарю его за потрясающую способность - улаживать такие неприятные ситуации быстро и легко.

It's not a first time for us in Ambassadori and for sure not the last. Like everytime nothing to complain. High standard for affordable price.

We originally booked two nights at Ambassadori Goderdzi Hotel, and from the very beginning, the level of professionalism and care was outstanding. Due to challenging weather conditions, the road to Goderdzi was not suitable for travel at the time. What truly impressed us is that the hotel proactively informed us in advance, putting our safety first. Based on their advice, we temporarily adjusted our plans and went to Batumi instead. Here comes the amazing part: The hotel smoothly and effortlessly rescheduled our booking according to our preference — no stress, no complications, just pure flexibility and understanding. When we finally arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful surprise: • 🎁 A complimentary room upgrade • 🏔️ A breathtaking mountain view, fully covered in snow — absolutely magical and perfect for the holiday season • 🍷 A bottle of original Georgian wine • 🍎 A generous fruit basket with fresh and varied fruits The reception team was extremely warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lovely lady who greeted us upon arrival, but she truly set the tone for the stay. The lady at checkout was equally kind, friendly, and professional. 🍽️ Room Service & Food Honestly, this was one of the best food experiences we’ve had in Georgia. Everything we ordered from room service was delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Every single dish exceeded expectations. 🎿 Activities & Location The hotel is ideally located near ski and snowboard rental facilities, with very friendly and helpful staff. The activities around the hotel make it an excellent winter destination for families, couples, and adventure lovers alike. 🎁 A Lovely Farewell As a final touch, the hotel even gave us a complimentary gift at checkout, making our trip even more memorable.

🎄 One Minor Note (for honesty) After a long walk, we entered the hotel to take photos near the beautiful Christmas tree. A person (not sure if staff or not) asked us if we were staying at the hotel without introducing himself or greeting us first. It was a small and slightly uncomfortable moment, but it did not affect the overall outstanding experience.
