Clean room. Aircond functioning well.

Need to wait for almost 30min just to check in despite we arrived quite late around 5ish. Assuming that the room is ready. The worst one is when the door cannot even be closed. The door lock system broken. Ppl can easily peeked inside. Just depends on the metal lock that can easily be open from the outside. They did come to repair but still cannot fixed it. If they were honest and apologised in the first place would actually be better. We were not even opted to change the room. No price reduction either despite our safety is at stake. We are too tired to actually argued atm. Will be my first and last booking here.

Can u imagine, u stay in hotel and no water. Although your room is super clean, NO water mean SUCK.

Good location.

I booked room with 3 single bed. But, I get a room with 1 queen size bed and single bed.
