Hotel NIKS

hotel is completely NEW (very intensively renovated) , Excellent and clean rooms. I selected 2 out of 10 before, but due to the quality of the room and the cleanliness i give it a 5 and make them PASS. They certainly deserve credit for the "building".

Restaurant has a lot to learn to make this a 4 star experience. Food in restaurant is decent (closer to fastfood as it is to 4*); not value for money and certainly not the 4star service / quality you would expect. I have giving feedback directly to waiter as well as at check out. Please do something about it, i can not be bothered to again express how disappointing the service was. **dinner 1 : ordered a main course and a side dish, side dish came way too late (main course almost finished since anyhos started to eat as not to let it get cold. the other 2 guests got their dessert served at same time with their main course. **dinner 2 : Even after explaining the not so good experience from day 1 and clarify expectations for how the food should come, they unfortunate couldn't manage. On this day again 4 people only in restaurant the other 2 persons just had a hamburger so that can not have overloaded the kitchen. . For us the starter was served, immediately=simultaneously followed by the main course with a side dish that was already cold. ==> messed up once more. Turn the place into a hotel with restaurant. It is not a Hostel not youth cafe for the neighbor kids/ friends of ..... to come hang out. Improve the service and also improve the quality of the food

The hotel is beautiful, quite clean and the staff is friendly.

Breakfast in only 3 options, quite a small amount. There is no option for vegetarians. We stayed two nights; the first night we froze in the room, there was no heat. I complained to the reception the next day and they said they fixed it, but there was no heat the second night either. In terms of services, I don't consider it 4 stars!
