Hotel Sevlievo Plaza

Staff's friendly, rooms are spacious and the beds are cozy. It is at the centre of the town.

Recent years there is water shortage at that part of Bulgaria so the water is not drinkable and smells like sewer.

Very good location in the center of Sevlievo. Very clean hotel and spacious room.

Even though 7:00 was stated as breakfast time, 2 of 4 days it wasn't ready then. I would not complain about that if I wouldn't have to keep business meetings.

Hotel was in a central location and bedroom was very spacious

Hotel was more geared up for corporate business travellers rather than foreign tourists. Bedroom tv had only one local magazine channel available at the time of our stay

The space of our room was great, definitely bigger than an usual hotel room. The location was also convenient for us, right in the center of Sevlievo with a few options to park nearby if you are traveling by car.

Breakfast is quite frankly insulting.. There was no water to drink, just two dodgy looking "natural juices". There was a glass kettle with hot water which my wife wanted to use for tea but it had a strange yellowish colour. It had an aftertaste of coffee which probably means the kettle was used for coffee before and was not properly washed.. For 30 minutes we did not see a single staff member of the hotel. Tables from previous hotel guests were sitting uncleaned. We eventually approached a lady aт the bar to provide a cup of hot water and she did so with the most unpleasant frown on her face.. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was mediocre at best. Hоtel lobby was outdated and stayed with lights off during our entire stay. Furniture is outdated and is definitely 30+ years old.
