Had a good and calm stay for a night. The staff is serviceminded way beyond the ordinary. Did I say it's also close to the railway station 👍

In the heart of the city

Hot water issue in the room but it got covered by the staff

First room had bed bugs Staff moved me in the middle of the night to another room which appeared to be clean. I saw the next morning the staff were taking measures to clean the infected room. The beds are very firm Overall I think this hotel is overrated in the reviews. If you are a foreigner then beware of hotels rated as 'Very Good' in India as the baseline is different here.

Good location near rear entrance of train station if you want to leave early by train. My flight was delayed and I arrived very late but the receptionist came to pick me up in the street when I called because the entrance is around the corner

TV didnt work but I didnt need it to fall asleep
