We booked three room in the first washroom seat was broken when I sat on the seat I slipped and almost hurt myself, the washroom ends before it starts even the door doesn’t open fully, jet wash wasn’t working, AC wasn’t working, the exhaust wasn’t working in the washroom. And on top of that the staff who is managing the place is extremely rude, when asked them to change the room they said no rooms are available and they can’t even get the problems fixed and we have to adjust in the same rooms or else cancel the booking and look for another place. But as we paid the whole amount already at checkin and it was 10:30pm in the night we didn’t have a choice but to stay there, the second rooms we booked AC wasn’t even working in that room, same situation with the washrooms, and the third room as soon as we turned on the exhaust fan in the washroom there was short circuit and the fans stopped working. In my suggestion this is the worst property you would want to stay in Guwahati. The Bramhaputra Lodge is way far better place to stay then this place. There is nothing done in terms of maintenance the rooms aren’t clean, the linen is torned dirty the bath towels provided are worn out and they don’t provide any bathrooms amenities not even a bottle of water complementary in the room. I would not suggest this property to anyone even with the lowest budget as they are charging 1500 per room and providing nothing. I would rather suggest to go and stay in the railway station waiting area that place is much better then this place. Best suggested property In Guwahati with reasonable prices, best hospitality, and homely food is Treebo Trend Umal Homestay in Ganeshguri

It is passable for a night. But the corridor outside the room was noisy.
