Big room and clean. Walk from Hangzhou East railway station around 10 mins.

Great location. There is halal store just 2 mins walk. Supermarket and theatre beside the hotel.

Overall, it's quite good, bed n room consider comfortable.

A distance is a bit far to Metro, but it is still walkable.

The staff were friendly and tried their best. There is a car service to and from the main train station which helped because the hotel is about 20 minutes brisk walk to the station. Size of the room was good. Generally clean throughout.

They really should improve the condition of their AC. It was terribly warm throughout my stay and the AC just did not seem to work. We even changed rooms but this also did not alleviate the problem Staff were kind enough to provide our room with a stand fan. Although this helped, it was always generally warm all over the hotel, all the time. Breakfast was acceptable but not much variation.

the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful!! the hotel makes sure that they we always have what we need. the room is clean, and there are many food & snacks stores available around the hotel. there is also a free self service laundry, and the hotel even sent us to the train station foc on our last day there. love it here so much! would love to stay here again and longer for my next trip in hangzhou!
