Friendly staff at hotel

My shower was not running much water. But as it was for 1 night only i don't complain.

Wonderful location, reachable. Very nice and friendly personal special Hossam, a very hard working Manager, make me love the place better. He tried all his best for solving my problems, he offered me helps by organising my tours. He speaks good English. Hotel was cleaned daily by very friendly guy and respectful, make everything clean including my bed sheets. I feel so welcomed at the hotel. Very good Shisha maker and friendly guys. They used to talk to me like someone who was living there for soo long. I wish I could stay little bit longer. I really enjoyed the time there.

Some technical issues in my room but i was offered another hotel room from the room Service. A very hardworking guy.

Hossam is the beautiful manager! Everything was good, best sea view, I have enjoyed!))

I loved the hotel so much, the rooms have a nice view of the red sea and it is close to most places such as the beach and bus stop. They are also very clean compare to most places in Egypt and very welcoming. I interacted with their hotel manager Mr.Hossam and Mohamed Ezzat and they really helped me out alot. They have good customer care and also know English. They were able to help me take taxis and find may way through the city.

everything. rooms have not been renewed since 90th. staff are extremely weird. no restaurant, no private pool, no private beach (they all belong to an opposite place end entry for charges). the place is horrible, we can’t call it a hotel. it’s just a place, wish I rented an apartment instead.

Good location close to the beach & Carrefour. Have stayed here many times over the years & staff are friendly & welcoming 😊
