Very bad hotel. No any fecilities in this hotel. Bathroom are like road side common bathroom. Doors broken. Room like hot chamber. Fully wasted of money. Pls don't choose this hotel..

I have booked two standard double room with fan and one deluxe double room,but they have allotted us three same stupid room,when we ask to change it they refused and tell us that i have somewhere canceled some kind of stuff like ola uber or bnb,thats why booking.com charge us extra,which is a baseless reason,and the electricity is not available in maximum time and one of our toilets flush is not working properly.

I don't like the bed quality. it was so hard that nobody can sleep properly. Blanket was so dirty as if they never washed ever .

The room was not clean — there were stains on the sheets and a musty smell throughout. The service was disappointing; the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I raised concerns. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or in poor condition. To top it off, the noise level at night made it almost impossible to get a decent sleep.

The stay, unfortunately, was not at all good. I would rather say all the lodges near NJP take the traveller for granted. Their services are the worst. Stuffs are completely reluctant and charge exorbitant amt for a dirty room.

Staff behavior was good

Did not like anything about the property. I was charged INR 300 extra for AC.

However it was a holi festival day when we arrived, but hotel stuff were drunk we dont get any food in hotel restaurant . Bikram hotel manager helped us to get the food from outside after waiting 1 hour . He was only helping us to get a local toto to reach station in the middle of the night
