Krásný resort v krásném prostředí. Milý personál, wellness na top úrovni.

V pokojích i restauraci je hodně slabé osvětlení. Voda v bazénech je velmi teplá. V létě vůbec neosvěží.

Úžasný a krásně udržovaný areál. Vše působilo velmi příjemně a upraveně, včetně skvělého saunového světa a bazénu. Personál hotelu byl po většinu pobytu slušný a ochotný. Velkým bonusem je také bowling, který je skvělým doplňkem celého resortu. Oceňuji i krásnou vůni po hotelu, která dotvářela příjemnou atmosféru.

Bohužel nám recepční sdělila, že otevřená restaurace je pouze U Permoníka. Po příchodu nás číšnice upozornila, že kuchyně nestíhá a čekací doba na jídlo bude delší, což jsme chápali. Nepříjemně nás ale překvapila následná komunikace při žádosti o jídelní lístek. Bylo nám řečeno, že jídelní lístky jsou na baru a že je zahrádka uzavřena, přestože zde již seděli hosté a jedli. Celá situace mohla být komunikována příjemnějším způsobem. Neochotné jednání nás natolik zklamalo, že jsme raději odešli a počkali až na hotelovou večeři. Je škoda, že právě tento incident ovlivnil naše celkové hodnocení pobytu.
