"Perfektní služby na krásném místě"

Už jsem bydlela v desítkách českých hezkých hotelů a troufám si říct, že tento byl ze všech nejlepší. Je to také jediný hotel, kterému jsem kdy na Bookingu dala 10/10. Pokoj byl prostorný, skvěle vybavený, v celém hotelu bylo neskutečné čisto, snídaně i večeře byly bohaté a pestré a všechno nám moc chutnalo. Personál až na drobné výjimky usměvavý a nápomocný. V hotelu je co dělat, i když je špatné počasí. Wellness je jedno z nejhezčích, jaké jsme kdy navštívili. Měli jsme ale štěstí v tom, že hotel nebyl zrovna příliš obsazený, takže byl všude klid.

Polštáře a matrace nebyly moc pohodlné, ale to je otázka osobních preferencí. Někteří hosté nedodržovali etiketu saunování, ve wellness byli hlasití a sprostí, ale to není chyba hotelu - přesto by bylo fajn, kdyby personál v takových situacích zasáhl. Pozor na odkrytou zásuvku v dětském koutku.
