No lift, friends staying were finding the stairs very challenging

Food excellent, room very comfortable, staff very friendly

Position of light swich for ensuite..

Staff were excellent, food waa lovely and hotel was nice and clean

The fact that if I wanted to use the pool I would have been charged £25. To have to pay extra for facilities that the hotel already has, as a paying guest in unacceptable to me.

Excellent meal

Just wanted to use the pool for half an hour but it didn't seem possible as it seemed you had to have a 2 hour spa session

Nice and clean, lovely location and really nice staff in the spa/reception and in the restaurant

The bed wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise, really nice room

The breakfast was a bit hap hazard. We had to write our requests for breakfast when we arrived. The waitress was rather confused in the morning as to who had ordered what. No pastries supplied for breakfast either!

My brothers room had an issue with the green light on the ceiling which must have been malfunctioning as it was like a strobe all night so they hardly got any sleep. There was also a fan outside their window which was very noisy! Room 6 is not suitable for rental the way it is. The staff were very dismissive of the issue when it was reported to them. Will not stay there again. It was a sad occasion for us as we were going to my Mother in laws funeral , this only made things worse!

The evening meals we had as a family were all excellent and the breakfast in the morning was also very good. Couldn’t ask for much more!

As we had the superior suite on the top floor and it being a very hot day. The room was holding the heat extremely well, we could’ve done with a fan but that’s the only gripe. We got the windows open, temperature down and all slept well.
