Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend** I had an incredibly frustrating stay at this hotel. The service was poor, and the check-in process was a disaster. We arrived expecting a smooth check-in, but no one was there to assist us, causing unnecessary delays. On top of that, the staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional, asking me about my departure time right after I checked in, which felt intrusive and disorganized. Overall, the lack of proper service and professionalism made the stay unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

Just a small charge for the dogs - excellent value. Great location. Lovely views from room.

Breakfast wasn't to our taste. Particularly the 'scrambled egg' which was fried egg chopped up with an excessive amount of oil. The fridge in room was broken.

Alles was super in orde!

- Great location, lovely view on the river and mountains - Fantastic breakfast (with delicious warm moelleux!!!) - Cosy look and feel with lovely decorations, even in the hallway - Staff are very friendly and available for questions - Nice wooden furniture in room, nice terrace - Restaurant at the hotel When asked for anything the staff immediately went to take care of it! I do have a few tips to upgrade the hotel: - New bedlinnen advised and 1 good industrial cleaning of matresses, pillows and towels - New kit in shower - Descale kettle and leave a tea bag and a few bags of instant coffee in the room.

Suprisingly impressive place to stay. I was unintentionally found this hotel just for stop over and did not imagine I could get the bonus with the splendid views here. The location on the riverside and waterfall.

Great location and attached restaurant served excellent food bed was very comfortable and staff were very accommodating allowing me to check out early.
