I got room 210 and there was no wifi for 2 days. Not good for work from home. Same menu for veg buffet breakfast.

- Breakfast was very poor. It had only four items and they were cold. We didn't have break-fast on the two of the nights we stayed there. - Had to request extra towels every day. - On the same floor as rooms, there is some exam center and its quite odd when you have to step out, as there are people staring at you. - Rooms were not cleaned properly. We were asked to change room on the last day (for some random reason) and the new room was dirty (even though an upgraded room. The housekeeping is not available post 8pm and we could not get the room cleaned. - Restaurant is open till 10:30pm only (surprising for a 4-star hotel). - It was a lengthy process to get hot water in the bathroom. We would get a standard reply that keep the tap on for 20 minutes. Even after wasting 3-4 buckets of water, we would not get hot water. A ridiculous waste of water and resources. If you are environment friendly, don't stay in this hotel. We had to complaint almost on a daily basis.
