Do not stay here. If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay was a disaster and I had to find another hotel for the rest of my stay, and the management's behaviour afterward has been borderline fraudulent. The Room Issues: No Hot Water Nobody answered the emergency phone. A bright light stayed on all night and could not be turned off, making sleep impossible. The "Service" (or lack thereof): The manager admitted the faults and verbally promised a full refund. However, since checking out, they have done everything in their power to dodge it. I actually had to spend 40 minutes on the phone teaching the staff how to send an email to Booking.com because they claimed they "didn't know how." To make matters worse, they then intentionally sent emails to the wrong addresses and claimed "the system was down" just to avoid a paper trail. They are purposely obstructing the refund process and being completely dishonest with Booking.com.

Warm welcome, booked a taxi for us and were friendly and helpful throughout stay.

Do not do breakfast, but pub menu is beautiful in the evening when we arrive

Unfortunately kitchen wasn't open,bit disappointed as we were looking forward to another delicious meal as on previous occasions, but really wasn't to big a deal

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water on demand, excellent washing facilities, wardrobe space.
