The hotel staff charge us 400 per room(800 for 2 rooms) for early check in. But we booked this hotel because the check in time in description was 6:30 am and we reached there by 7:30 am.

This hotel owner called me in the morning of the check-in day and shocked me saying that I can't provide you the room. Treat your booking cancelled and OYO keeps my booking without my knowledge. You can complaint of mine to OYO also. All of sudden I booked at another one with giving High price. What the hell you are dealing with such hotels.
