La atención del personal desde la entrada excelente.

Las sábanas y almohadas no las sentí, limpias (las de la cama.que yo usé) En cambio la que utilizó mi acompañante. Estaban impecables. ( somos dos hermanas , adultas mayores) Anteriormente he estado en ese hotel, Y todo había sido perfecto.

Cobro distinto al de la plataforma, excedido en $20.000 pesos, suciedad en las ventanas, baños, ducha, ropa de cama sucia de igual forma, entrada y salida cerrada con llave hay que esperar que abran, personal deficiente, una persona en recepción para todo el trabajo y el cobro que realizan es una burla, estacionamiento mal ubicado, se escucha todo entre las habitaciones y pasillos, no se puede usar los enchufes ya que tocan las puertas para verificar que no se estén utilizando, entre otras cosas
