The hotel has a good location and the staff at reception were polite, but most of them did not speak English at all.

I had higher expectations from a hotel listed as 4-star, but the experience fell well below standard. The air conditioning in our room did not function during the night, which was particularly uncomfortable given the location on the top floor. Adding to this, the elevator only reached the floor below ours, so we had to use the stairs with luggage every time we returned to the room. Essential in-room items such as toiletries and amenities were missing upon arrival, and we needed to request them at reception — something that should be standard in a 4-star property. Breakfast was perhaps the weakest point: the food lacked flavor, trays were not replenished promptly, and guests often waited up to 30 minutes only for items to be finished again in minutes. The balcony attached to our room had no chairs, which made it impractical to use. These issues combined left an impression of poor management and a lack of attention to guest comfort. With improvements in maintenance, service, and dining organization, this hotel could meet the 4-star expectations it advertises — but currently, it does not.

Хотела е на на удобно място за разходка. Храната беше вкусна. Персонала, много любезен. Всичко беше отлично.
