Antonia Hotel

Location, view, staff, bar, pool.

Our room was 18 and the patio had two air conditioner units making it unpleasant to sit while they were on, especially as we didn’t use our AC. The bed was a little hard for my wife’s liking.

We had a ground floor apartment which was very large I had requested a middle floor but they were fully booked.On arriving we were given a piece of cake and a drink and in the room petals on the bed a greeting card tea,coffee,sugar and some traditional nuts and in the fridge was water and orange juice.Also pool towels were provided.Fridays was bbq night good value for money 12 euros.The rooms, pool and grounds were very clean and kept well.The swimming pool toilets were all new .The views from the property are stunning i would suggest hire a car or scooter/quad bike to venture further.Lourdes beach has stunning views around it and is lovely and clear water with water sports available with nice tavernas down on the front.The sun beds in front of Lovidis taverna was only 5 euros a set we also found a few more bars this time round sunset bar and a quirky one half way up the hill called Platanos cafe and also 360 bar for nice views.Nice reaturants on the road of the apartments along with a few supermarkets where you can get all you need.

Only slight negative are the bathrooms are old but I know in time Makis is getting these done but would not put us off going back.

Great simple studio apartment with amazing views. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool very good. Good restaurants nearby but beach is down the hill with a hard walk up. But you can get a taxi.

Maybe showers could be more modern.

The photographs don't do this hotel justice. Its even better in real life. Its spotless. Perfect location. Really friendly staff. Very happy to recommend it. Really good value for money.

The only one negative is that the shower in the bedroom is so small you can hardly fit in it. But definitely not a deal breaker as everything else so good.

We have stayed at the Antonia many times, this time was as good as previous visits. The studios are large, with basics provided for your initial stay. We did have to move to a ground floor room during our visit due to a maintenance issue that arose unexpectedly - we did enjoy having a room with a large terrace and garden access. The staff work so hard, the cleaners in particular keep the studios and surrounding areas spotless.
