Hotel Heuberger Hof, Wehingen

Gutes Hotel für zwei Nächte. Frühstück hatte bis auf Milchersatz alles da, was man sich zum Frühstück so wünscht. Der Italiener gegenüber ist praktisch und lecker für ein schnelles Abendessen.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Schlüssel war hinterlegt.

Im Bad hing noch das gebrauchte Handtuch vom Vorgänger. Es war nicht sauber geputzt. Eine von zwei Nachttischlampen war defekt, der Haarfön im Bad ebenfalls. Schimmeliges Brot auf dem Frühstücksbuffet, die Auswahl sah so aus, als würde einfach jeden Tag alles wieder aufgefahren, was am Vortrag nicht wegkam. Als Entschädigung für die Beanstandungen gabs eine Flasche Rotwein von der Rezeption. Die anderen Gäste waren alles Handwerker (Männer) - für allein reisende Frauen eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Great location for trips out or just a one night stopover, we used it as a base for 5 days on our bike trip to the Black Forest. Great places to eat within walking distance, good supermarkets for all your needs and again within walking distance. For those on motorbikes, the carpark is not secure, however, we parked our bikes towards the rear and chained them up, I didn't worry about them at all, it's a very good clean area and the road the hotel is on is a dead end. Great hotel, very good breakfast, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Would definitely book again.

My only gripe would be, we stayed for 5 nights, housekeeping came in every day but the most they would do is straighten the duvet. Mine and my friends towels weren't changed at all despite leaving them in various locations in the room to signal that they needed changing, and the WiFi is next to useless, we had rooms on the first floor and none of us could use it.
