Very beautiful place, all new, clean the stuff was very nice.

Clean, roomy, everything works, friendly staff, nice brekky

No tv (but we were aware of that).

Large comfortable room with a kitchen, fridge and kettle. Very clean and the staff offered to clean again most days. Pool and grounds were well maintained, as was the whole property. We found the location was perfect due to it being set back from Weligama Beach down a lane due to the slightly unappealing state and smell of the beach itself. Bank and atm at the other end of the lane was convenient. The group of lads that run the place are driven and sweet. They engage in real conversation without an agenda. We will certainly stay here again if we come back to Weligama.

Some people may find the narrow lane awkward, which is for motorcycles and tuk tuks only. The northern side of the lane is paved to the main road, so wheeling luggage the 150m is simple.

Lovely big clean rooms, great pool area surrounded by nature and the most friendly staff. A family of monkeys lived in the trees, they didn’t bother us or come near the property at all but were great to watch. You must order the delicious home cooked Sri Lankan curry! Thank you to the staff for looking after us, arranging a day trip to Galle and helping us with our transport back to Negombo. Would highly recommend!

The room was very large. The fridge was a great addition. Lovely pool and garden area. Short walk to the beach.
