Das Hotel wurde von uns im Vorfeld direkt bei der Buchung bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir dann erneut zur Zahlung gebeten, weil ja das Geld angeblich noch nicht auf deren Konto eingegangen sei. Wir hatten natürlich einen Nachweis der Zahlung von Booking.com. Trotzdem wurde uns nicht geglaubt und angeblich wäre das Paypal konto von dem Hotel garnicht bei Booking.com hinterlegt. Wir hatten keine Wahl und bezahlten die Unterkunft erneut. Nun versuchen wir das Hotel seit fast 2 Wochen zu erreichen. Niemand geht ans Telefon und unsere Mails werden einfach ignoriert. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Wir raten DRINGEND von diesem Hotel ab.
