"Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist extrem schlecht und unzuverlässig."

Das Hotel wurde von uns im Vorfeld direkt bei der Buchung bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir dann erneut zur Zahlung gebeten, weil ja das Geld angeblich noch nicht auf deren Konto eingegangen sei. Wir hatten natürlich einen Nachweis der Zahlung von Booking.com. Trotzdem wurde uns nicht geglaubt und angeblich wäre das Paypal konto von dem Hotel garnicht bei Booking.com hinterlegt. Wir hatten keine Wahl und bezahlten die Unterkunft erneut. Nun versuchen wir das Hotel seit fast 2 Wochen zu erreichen. Niemand geht ans Telefon und unsere Mails werden einfach ignoriert. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Wir raten DRINGEND von diesem Hotel ab.

Really cozy and well designed and comfortable, the guy who was taking care of the property was really nice and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The wellness program that was promised wasn’t working.

Alles total liebevoll gestaltet. Sehr sauber. Absolut ruhige Lage.

Toilette/Bad ist sehr speziell da nur Saloontür. Wenn man aber „unter sich“ ist okay
