Чисто, тепло есть безоплатный кофе и чай для проживающих в столовой.

Мы жили в 2х этажном здании возле детской площадки. Слабая шумоизоляция, я ьы сказала, что ее нет вообще. Стены из гипса и все разговлры, храпы, чихания, даже как на унитазе писаете слышно.
